insufficient poor service & incompetance

Herewith we as an accounting firm would like to complain about the insufficient service levels and incompetence of the COIDA offices (Pretoria). Every year we adhere to the deadline date for returns of earnings to be submitted on time on behalf of 100 and more clients, registered for COIDA purposes, but the electronic system of the COIDA offices does not work properly. Assessments that can not be submitted electronically are being send through manually, just to discover almost a year later that the matters have still not been adhered to or finalised by these offices. When visiting the offices with proof of all the communication send via e-mail, due to no telephone system in working order at the COIDA offices, you get send back to your own office, COIDA requesting more information and supporting documents, before they can finalise the mess they made in the first place. Then you have this inconvenience of a client not receiving the letter of good standing for tender purposes, due to incompetence of this same COIDA office.When will this everlasting problem be resolved with the COIDA offices, what type of poor service they render to the public day in and day out, nobody doing anything about this? The office structure explained to us on Monday 13/2/2017 we understand, the agents being the front face attending to public visits and then escalating the cases to the back office. With 12 000 e-mails on a major back-lock and 2 500 e-mails still coming in every day as an add on, how will they resolve this? Please advice urgently.
