I got comwave back in July 2014 for only long distance. They told me that it will cost me only $24.01 including tax per month. I wanted to use my bank account for their payments so I gave them my bank account information. I got an NSF report from my bank in Jan. 2015, when i checked with the bank, they told me that I got charged $45 twice for comwave bills. When i saw the bank statement, comwave had been charging me twice with a day's difference every month. I had money deposited in my account for 12 months which finished within 6 months and then started incurring NSF charges. I talked to comwave customer service but they didn't get me anywhere. I ended up closing my bank account because their computer system kept sending me more invoices and more NSF charges from comwave side too. Now Comwave owes me $24.01x6= 144.06 plus $90 for bank NSF and $25 what comwave charged me for NSF totalling $259.06. I have talked to them many times and they put me on long holds every time i talk to them but still no money back. I am very frustrated. Every time I have to tell my story to a new comwave rep. and even if some supervisor comes online, they are not resolving my problem. I am totally pissed off at this company and deciding to sue Comwave. I will recommend everyone not to use comwave because this company is just a Canadian Scam company and unfortunately the Canadian Government is not doing anything about it either.
