Bug in popcorn

I purchased a bucket of Movie theater popcorn, at a Walmart Store near me 2 days ago. Last night I got it out to pop it in the microwave, I looked inside the container 1St, AND sealed inside of the cellophane wrapper, there was a LIVE COCKROACH!!! I have pictures, I'm beyond upset over this. It is 20 miles to the closest Walmart, So I am not driving 20 miles to take it back, just to get a 3.00 refund! Please be aware: LOOK INSIDE THE BUCKET 1st!!!!!!!

Not printed on bag

We always used Orville Redenbacher popcorn in the microwave. On the older boxes on the outside of the bag it said how much time to heat it up. I just got a new box and was putting it in the microwave and could not remember how long. On the new bags, it does not tell the time. Before it said 1:40 or 1:30...I don't remember. This was always helpful so please print in on the containers. Thank you.

Orville Redenbacher white popcorn

Started buying this brand 2 years ago, assuming it was better because of the high price. I do the old fashioned on the stove with oil. Then I season. Well, past year, it is terrible. Super chewey like the cheap bagged stuff I stopped buying. Lots if dark brown hulls in the middle you can't chew and digest. I wind up spitting stuff out of my mouth. Used to be airy and fluffy. You are clearly using garbage corn kernels and charging 5x's more because of your name. Shame on you! Now I'll go to health food store and buy in bulk what they have to offer. You just lost a customer.

Popcorn Incendiary Device

Today, a bag of Orville Redenbacher popcorn was popped, as has been done many times before. This time, however was different. The bag was removed from the microwave because it began to produce an unusual odor. Fortunately, it was set on the stove top, because it suddenly burst into flames while sitting there. Even so, it caused considerable damage before it could be extinguished. A hand towel near the stove top burst into flames, not even coming into direct contact with the bag. It spattered onto the floor, damaging it severely. The floor, in fact, will have to be replaced, as there are several burn marks in it. The kernels were not even fully activated. Most remained unpopped. I have many photographs, as well as the original bag and hand towel. The microwave is totally ruined. It has not been used since, as it is blackened and still retains the odor.
I don't know what chemicals have been put into this popcorn, but it became a true incendiary device. If not for quick action, we could have lost the entire kitchen, if not the house. And what are the physiological effects of these chemicals on the human body?
We need to be compensated for the damage and this product needs to be removed from the shelves. Somebody could be seriously injured or killed because of irresponsible manufacturing.

Unpopped kernels

The last few jars of Oriville Redenbacher original popcorn is nothing at all like the "original" was in the past. I've purchased this brand for at least 25 yrs. but only recently have had major problems with it. At first I thought it was my popcorn popper going. Then I tried in a pan on the stove. It only pops about half of what I put in there, and pops very, very slowly. I want my money back and I'm purchasing another brand. For calling still calling it "gourmet popping corn". I've had x brands in years past that popped better than this. I've written to the company once before, and they sent me some coupons. So, I decided to keep trying thinking maybe it was just a bad batch I bought. But the last two jars were no better. I don't know what this company has done to this popcorn, but it is nowhere near what it used to be for so many years.

redenbacher popping corn

I really hate paying double for Redenbacher popping corn only to have it end up handreds of unpopped kernels on the bowl bottom! The cheaper. Generic store brand doesn't,t have
this problem and I feel like I wasted my money on this expensive jar(two of them)
that only yields about half popped corn! What a rip! It is twice the money and half goes into the garbage can! I want my money back, and shame on you for charging so much for pure crap!

single serve mini bags butter on outside of bag and bag pops open when cooking

I have had the same experience with the mini bag burning immediately but there is no sticker on these bags. I purchased a box of 12 mini bags. I did not use the popcorn button but rather hit 1.00 minute. The bag was burning within seconds and had burned a hole through the bag before I could grab it out. This has happened with every bag I have tried to use. I am going to give up!
