Hello agoda.com.I want to refund the payment that deducted to the credit cards i used with reference # 273334868.I booked in dusit thani manila hotel last april11 with junior suite...that was confirmed by agoda.com and payment deducted to the credit card i used .bt the day of my check agoda sent me that booking was not confirmed...but the payment has been deducted... i called in travel agent they said the money was just hold..bt the bank sent a msg that it has been deducted...so agoda advise me to wait for 3days but until now it not yet returning back..please help and give me advise how to return back my payment....
