cosmo is a company that sells appliances and they send contractors to service their customers, we serviced one of their stoves we bill them for service , we waited 3 months no payments, i called and they said they have to talk to the customer to see if the appliance is working, of course it was bs they had 3 months to call, anyway after 2 weeks i called again because they never call they said the cust still having the same problem, so i said this cust has our number why didnt he call all that time, they are a rippoff company dont ever do any job for them the same as home choice warranty the work the same way.
