I signed up for two Samsung S5 mobile phones and 2 year contract with Verizon. Costco offered USD 150.00 rebate for each of the phone ( Total of USD 300). We never received this money. I kept on following with Costco every three months but no avail.
Every time I was told that the rebate is being sent to you. I escalated the matter to as I high as could go. Finally I gave up.
