Bought 2 phones at Verizon kiosk in Costco. 5 months later and still no rebate. Both parties point finger at each other, and show no eagerness to help me through this.. I've been scammed before and this is definitely a scam. Cancelling Verizon and Costco today. I expect Verizon to rip people off but I never expected Costco to stoop to these levels. Oh well , all good things must come to and end. Besides, Smart and Final has everything I need anyways.. Shame on you Costco!!!
