I have a Sears 25’ craftsman tape measure that is broken. When I bought it it had a lifetime warranty. The store said that they will not replace it. They told me there was no more warranty on them any more. I have even called the number to get help and got know where. They are a bunch of idiots. Every tool I own is a craftsman. I am in the market for a power washer but I am considering another brand with what has happened. I buy your tools for the warranty but if you are not going to honor it know more.
