cancellation ofr membership

I enrolled and my card waws charged Oct 12 by MingleLLCDBAClimber619-6184200 (CA)for $39.99
I tried several times to call the phone number to cancel, starting on 11/2/17
I told my credit card company to deny payments.
I was always given a recording saying to go to the website to cancel.
I left messages telling them the nature of my call
There was never any response
