This is a terrible company to deal with! Do not do business with them! I placed an order and paid for 2 day express air on December 27, 2011 and phoned them today January 4th, 2012 to inquire as to why they I did not have my order yet!!! They said they made a mistake and were shipping it out immediately as we spoke?? What a scam! They place NO value on customer service. I asked for a refund!

I purchased 8 North Face Adult Jackets from this website at Christmas. They were all fake. I brought them into a North Face dealer. The tags were not even the correct tags for the particular style of jacket. Three of the jackets had tags that were not the right color listed. they are thin and flimsy! I attempted to return 2 jackets that had defective zippers, I was told to go get them fixed and thay would sent me a check. I refused to do so . They had me ship the jackets back to him at my cost, sometime in Feb., I received the package back with the exact same jackets. I had to ship them back again at my cost. They insisted they shipped me new jackets...Here we are in April, I still do not have 2 of the eight jackets and they refuse to refund me, replace them, etc. The company is a total scam. I email them a couple times a week looking for a response becasue they will not return calls or generally the phone will just ring. I intend on reporting them to the BBB as well.
