CARD SETTLED BUT STILL RECEIVING CALLS TO CLEAR

My name is Yasser Osman. I had Master credit card 5260...6006. based in settled plan I settled the card in three installment

amount 7200.00. one month ago one of your staff called me and request me to come and take the clearance letter. you can check in your phone conversation.

yesterday i received a call from collection department ( unknown number) requesting me to settle card. i clearly told i settled it

he told still open and you have to pay

i am your customer for almost 14 yeas. i feel there is something wrong.

Based on trust i made the settlement. you are a well know bank in area.
