False Advertisement/Horrible Customer Service

I am neutral, but No one should pay so much money upfront to obtain a loan. I called and spoke to someone at Credit Card Builders, and He said that the company only had one complaint. I went to the Better Business Bureau website, and there were 7 complaints. I will not be using there "Services". I understand that the Company wants to defend their reputation, but they should Never Disclose the specifics of anyone's case/circumstances, as that Is Confidential Information! Exzadrian V Williams

False Advertisement/Horrible Customer Service

I talked my fiancé into paying $2, 500 to join CREDIT CARD BUILDERS because they advertised that they could get anyone $50k-$250k in unsecured, business credit through credit cards. This company came highly recommended by Kimberlee Frank, the Real Estate Junkie, so I felt comfortable having my fiance sign up. My fiance originally signed up through Ari & Remy Page in April 2010, and he had a credit score in the 700's. They advertised that they could get anyone a minimum of $50k up to $250k in business credit, but my fiance only got a total of $30, 900. Credit Card Builders has a 2 month cancellation policy but it took them longer than 2 months to get started so we were past that time when things started to go bad. Furthermore, it was a nightmare dealing with this company because we would not hear from them for weeks or months at a time and at one point we thought they went out of business. No one ever returned phone calls when they were suppose to nor did they ever respond to our emails or phone calls in a timely manner. Sometimes we'd go weeks trying to contact them before we'd finally get a hold of someone there. We did more waiting around for them to do something than anything and there was always an excuse as to why this was happening whether it be a holiday or the phones weren't being forwarded correctly and no one knew it. We signed up for your company because of Kimberlee Frank and thought this could be the answer to our prayers, but it was not. The entire year we were so frustrated because they only applied for 3 batches of credit cards and 2 SBA loans, one of which was done right before our membership was up which totaled $30, 900 which is not $50k-$100k. The last SBA loan packet was just thrown together, half-assed, and the financials were a year old so my fiance had to spend many hours doing them himself when that was their job, not his, and he only got $5k with all that work. Furthermore, we kept getting excuses as to why they did not apply for more batches of credit such as Kevin's debt to credit limit ratio was too high. Yet there were times when he had that under 30%-35% like they wanted and we could not get them to answer our phone calls or emails so they could apply for another batch of cards. They advertise that they apply for a minimum 6-8 batches of credit cards in a year and we only got 3 even though Kevin maintained a credit score above 700 the whole time he was in the program. The last batch was useless because he did not get one credit card approval. Plus they advertise that they teach people how to build their own credit so we can go and do it for ourselves or we can decide to pay more and stay in the program, yet we were never taught anything. It was like pulling teeth to get any information from them or their coworkers. Lastly, I thought we'd would have been contacted by them when our membership was up in April 2011 and yet we have not heard from them at all. What a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT and a waste of time and money!!! We expected more from them and from this experience, and we wished we had never joined.

False Advertisement/Horrible Customer Service

I am also signed up with this company and I am still waiting for funding since 12-09-11 I disclosed my credit difficulties to them prior to signing up. Despite these difficulties my Credit score is over 730. They assured me they could would with me. I paid 2700 for the service and the SBA loan application has not been completed - they have not produce the business plan they promised to write. The suggest to me that I continue the course of credit rebuilding through a company affiliate Kaydem Credit whose web page look exactly like theirs with a different name. They also promised to teach me how to build my credit - when I requested copies of the letters this affiliate sent on my behalf I was told that information was proprietary. They told me originally 4 weeks ago that in 2 weeks the SBA l would be changing guidelines for their loan approvals and that they would be more favorable for me. I ask for an update this week - I was told it would be an addition six weeks 6 weeks. I learned about Credit Card Builders through Al Aiello - a real estate investment tax expert who sells many different programs to help real estate investors. I expressed to the company that their time lines would compromise my ability to exercise my 60 day money back guarantee (I told them this the 2nd week of membership). I plan to write Mr. Aiello and advise him that perhaps his affiliation with this company taints his reputation and I will advise him to disassociate himself with them. I sadly believe I will have to report this to the BBB in hopes of finding some resolution. The program is at minimum misleading and I am feeling it is praying on the needs of enterprising professionals trying to navigate this difficult economic climate.
