Fake Credit Card issue and miss use my identity by City Bank

Dear Sir,
I am Prasanjit Ghosh s/o Late Radheshyam Ghosh, Resident at East Rabindra pally, wireless gate, Barrackpore, Kolkata 700122, West Bengal.
I complain against City Bank Credit card No.5546379549678009 As per your bank told this belong to me.
As per my knowledge I never apply any credit card from any bank. First time I visit your City bank Kolkata branch 2008 when they call my number they told you have credit card I told I never apply so when you give to whom you give they didn't have to prove this belong to me.
In between 2007 to 2008 , I got to know City Bank , HDFC bank and SBI bank all 3 bank issue Credit card on behalf of my name all are fake Credit card issued false signature on my xerox paper they use my xerox pan card and voter card.
As per my knowledge that I didn't have ITR and I don't have any such bank balance.
When I come to know my partner use my identity with false signature with your Credit card some fraud agency. I go to local police station I complain GD.
In between this I lost my father when they know all this with high dispersion almost 7lakhs fraud due to this credit card issued by bank.
I visit when ever your Credit card collection department call I attend your City bank credit card collection. I show all document they verify but when I ask please varify my signature they shows my false signature in documents. They never proof this is my signature because as my knowledge all false signature.
More over when I ask to whom you give credit card they also give some office place that also not belong to me.
When I ask to whom you dispatch courior or post please varify his or her signature that also false or fraud.
When they as repayment your dues I told I didn't use so whi I should I pay .More interesting part this point that they already get repayment by somebody but I yet not give single panny to any Bank credit card department.
So, kindly varify all document with my signature varify by your signature expert total procedure of your City bank credit card department full fraud and fake identity. As per my knowledge inside your bank some person involve full fake credit card use on behalf of my name.
I also told if I am guilty I paid all dues if you prove it otherwise I didn't give single panny.
I give all attachments copy for varify my signature and your concern how they use my identity for fake credit card issued.
I need full and final result otherwise I go to ombarsemant deperatment and also consumer department for full solution.
