I have applied for my benefits for Crown Cast and was told that I was paid out in 2004 which is false because in 2004 I was still working for the company and I have never claimed any benefits from Mibfa ever. I was told that the manager or supervisor from Mibfa will get back to me because and investigation has to be done but it's been 2 weeks now and no1 has called me yet to give me an update.
