PAYMENT FRAUD

SCAM! STAY AWAY
I bought a watch on rolex2u.uk.com. I was a tad curious before buying, so contacted them. They replied several times answering my several emails - started off helpful and answered the questions very honestly. So, i purchased a watch for £177. Confirmation came through, payment went through via a third party company called '95epay.com'. (it seemed much like using paypal when buying on ebay, so went along with it), payment was accepted. All good.
Now, rolex2u.uk.com have suddenly stopped answering my emails. Wont reply. I have also tried from several different addresses (asking random queries) to catch them out, but sadly they have not replied to those either.
I contact the email address on the payment email - [email protected] - in which i get an auto email saying this:
Dear,

This is the autonomous respond from the third-party payment platform(95epay).

We will help you to follow up your problems within 24 hours.

If you still not receive any further reply from the seller within 2 days, please feel free to contact us again.

Now first off - no matter what i wrote in my email to csreason - how do they know the seller is not replying to me? So, i try again from a different address, just asking a random question - no order number, nothing. The reply comes through within 5 seconds saying the same thing. Again, i only asked in my email 'I need assistance, can u help?' Did not state an order number or anything - yet the line ''If you still not receive any further reply from the seller within 2 days, please feel free to contact us again.'' - HOW DO THEY KNOW IM AWAITING CONTACT FROM A SELLER, IF IVE NOT TOLD THEM WHO THE SELLER IS OR WHAT MY ORDER NUMBER IS? I call the number on the email and i get a chinese woman on a recorded message, speaking for 10 seconds and then it cuts off. So i cannot contact the payment services to cancel it.

I have sent about 10 emails to csreason and 10 emails to rolex2u.uk.com stating i want to cancel this order as its not moved. No reply. I have called the bank and they can see that the payment is still pending - yet i cannot cancel it. I can only wait until the payment has gone through and dispute the scam to get my money back, or they have 5 working days to claim the money from the 'pending' state and it automatically fails and comes back to me. Hopefully i will get my cash back, but seriously - STAY AWAY FROM THESE SITES.
