excessive horn blowing,excessvie db's

Very excessive horn blowing during late evening and early morning---some with over 150 db's....continuous nonstop with a couple of seconds in between.....I live in Bear Creek,AL on Hwy 13.......I know this is a safety issue,but some of your engineer's have no regard for folks that live in this area......I'm on highway 13 in Marion County.
