I have already signed a contract for debt collection calls made by the above company. But I needed to add some very concern I have over this company. Apart from calling, they sint documents claiming the DPT of education have contracted them to collect the student loans. They sent me paper work downloaded from the site to sign. I received a call and they assured me they want to make a deal so my loan cauld be income based because I had lost a job.

They took my income information and said the federal government have agrred on an income contigent plan and that I will be paying $5 a month for 0ne year. After I started paying I received a bill from the federal government for my monthly bill which was more. I called the federal Loan department and told them about my arrrangement with the above company. I was told that my loan was not in difult and they had not received any money from this company.

I talked to the federal covernment and was able to arrange directly to pay less. I now have a regitimate contract and am paying $0 for my loans but the debt collector keeps charging me $5 dollers on my debit card. They continue to call my phone even after the federal government assured me they did not get any of that cash charged on my debit card for the last 4monthas or so.

I believe this company has been defrounding me of cash for my student loan repayment. My rate payment continued to appear on my credit report even after I started paying the money to this company. They continue to take my money even after the department assured me they have not contracted this company on my behalf and no money has been sent to them on my behalf. Currently am receiving calls from this company eve though i have worked directly with federal government for my student loans payment arrangement.

(1) Can I sue them for the calls they have made to me.
(2) Can i sur them for taking my money and not forwarding it as they promised.
(3) What about the credit report on my not paying my loans even after they correct the money from my card.
(4) What of the mental stress they have caused me with this whole pretend.
