Driver of bus number CH01G A7023 was driving rash n negligiently and was blowing horn continously at red light for no reason at around 4.20 PM at sec 22 round about lights

misbehaviour of conductor

respected sir,
this is to inform you that i was travelling in ctu bus no-CHO1G A5022, after my night duty, i took the bus at 7;45 am, I was sitting behind the driver seat,i accidentally slept for a while, the conductor then started telling me not to sleep behind the driver seat, when i asked why, he started arguing me ,misbehaved with me n told me 'bed lagwa dete he' in front of everyone. Am really upset with the behaviour of conductor.These people dont know how to behave with ladies.I want you to action as soon as possible.I shall be very thankful to you..

Delay in Bus pass

I would like to draw your kind attention towards my subject that I have applied for a Buss pass on 1-Feb which was supposed to get delivered on 1st Feb and valid from 4th Feb onwards however till now I haven't received it. Being a female I have been visiting the office on daily basis to get my Bus Pass however every day I am being asked that i will get it next day and hence delaying it further. It has been more than a week and no Pass has been received. I was given a slip and told to show it to conductor when he come to collect the bus fare and when i show it to them they simply say it does not work and hence creating a drama in the Bus and then i have to pay the bus fare.

Now if i get the Bus pass in coming days it will be valid from 6nd Feb which has already passed and i have paid the bus fare each day till now which is not fair.

I would request you to please expedite this case and get my Bus pass issued asap and also would request you to keep the validity dates from the next day it has delivered to me rather than 6nd Feb which was the actual delivery date.

I look forward for your quick response and also the action against the person responsible for the delay

no bus on bus stop and very rude

The bus number Ch-01-ga-5014 ,route number -22 , date-04-sep-2015 , Time-5:55pm . Bus didn't come To bus stop when I asked conductor he said we are late so didn't come and start saying abusive things. He was also saying that transport job is too tough , driver was also using wrong words. Is this is Administration of Chandigarh And this Is the Way to Talk with Public???? Take action against them.
