wanted a necklace

I ordered a necklace on 2-4-2012, emailed them several times, and have not heard anything from anyone!! They took the money out of my account 3 weeks after the order and I STILL have not gotten any response. Any ideas??

I'm having the same issue. I ordered a necklace on 2-4-2012 and have not received an answer to several e-mails either!
