Good day,

I have submitted a claim with supporting documents via U-Filing. I've been sending the required documents numerously since September 2015 to date. I have contacted the U-Filing call centre numerously as well.

Today I received a sms that my claim was cancelled due to outstanding documents. I have spent over R300 speaking to call centre agents, but with no success.

I need help urgently please. I don't know what to do any longer.
