We purchased new windows from Dabella Windows several years ago. From the get go, we had a problem with them delivering the wrong windows. They wanted us to pay the difference for the windows that we originally ordered. After numerous phone calls and complaints we finally got the windows we wanted. Then they didn't fit right, so they sent someone out to adjust the latches. They still didn't work right, so the windows were replaced. The new windows had the same problem with the latches being misaligned. So someone else was sent out to adjust the window latches. Still the same problem, another person comes out to adjust the latches.
Here it is 3 years later and the windows still don't shut correctly.
Not only that, but the workmanship is sloppy, they ruined the molding around the windows, which now have gaps in them and the paint is cracked. They all have to be replaced.
Also, watch out for the slick paperwork on the financing. On a 5 year loan it takes 15 years to pay it off because the interest is ALL paid up front. Had we not called for a pay off on the loan we would have not known this til much later.
