frowd my david card

i am shailendra kumar mobile no-9711309645 call me,
froud my david card to deduct 5000 rupees kindly reverse my 5000 rupees

today my gaya tha samsung service center noida sector 15 me wahi se samsung service my complain ke baad call aayya tha this number se 7718555460 froud number se bol raha tha ki aapka mobile waranty me hai so 31 rupees ka david card se paymend car do mujhse david card number mang liya or 5000 rupees deduct karliya
or paisa return nahi kar raha hai
please help me
