I got my hair staightened from this parlour from daxa itself[indian woman], she used loreal products on my scalp and kept for more than 45 min, after 2-3weeks my hair started breaking leaving only bits and pieces in the head, im really frustrated bcoz she ruined my hair, went to many hair professionals after that and when inquired all of them said it was due to application of product on scalp and leaving it for too long, ideally it should be kept for only 15min, i just hate this woman for ruining my hair its very frustrating to have a hair with bits and pieces, i think her saloon should be banned, plz take proper action for this, she denys it was her fault, this is highly unprofessional work, got it done from this address,

And its the stylist job to recommand the right products to use. The chemicals that are used to straighten hair are quite harsh anyway and its important that the right aftercare information is given to the client with the right products as well. I do hair and beauty myself from my home salon (www.shaniks.co.nz) but i don't do straightening as i really don't like the harshness of the products, and unless i get the right product i am not gonna do it. There is a lot involved in doing hair, its not just cutting and colouring it, you have to see the overall picture and than recommand what is best for the client, with colours you have to see the colour history as well so that you don't make a mistake. Actually with any chemical service, the chemical history has to been asked for and taken into account.
