Dear Complaint Board,

Below you will find the details about our stay in above mentioned Days Inn shortened by about 16 hours, because we were literally expelled from this inn having tried to use the pool and having been involved into a very unpleasant conversation with a staff member of the reception desk.
I demand very deep apologies and back payment for 16 hours.
As the General Manager Mr. Pete PATEL of this inn does not answer to my mails at all I kindly ask you for your assistance.

We feel very deeply humiliated, it was so stressful and shameful for us, seniors of 63 and 66 having been expelled at 7:00p.m.
by a desk employee, who visibly felt a real pleasure of having got rid of us.
It creates an extremely negative picture of this inn.

KIND ATTENTION OF GENERAL MANAGER, Mr. PETE PATEL

Dear Sir,

Yesterday at 7:00p.m. my wife and my humble self (Tomasz Pracki and Jolanta Klechniowska, seniors at the age of 66 and 63) were literally thrown out of your inn premises with the assistance of three local police officers.
The reason was my alleged „battery” (this term was used by the local police) with a business card after a very unpleasant conversation with your reception desk employee, whose name I do not remember.
My angry reaction was solely the result of a disrespectful and impolite way of treating me by your above mentioned reception staff member i.e. when I asked about the possibility of using the pool after the thunderstorm had stopped I was given mumbling one word answers kind of syllables, which I could not really understand because the employee was eating while „talking” to me.
Unacceptable, impolite, disrespectful and improper in every way, not to mention the big shame and stress being treated like criminal suspects.
This, and only this, caused my angry, emotional reaction for which I wish to apologize, which would have never occurred had I been approached, treated as a guest, not a potential criminal.

We have been travelling all around the world for decades having visited a lot of countries, but this behavior of your staff is unknown to me, have never faced it.

Summarizing, Sir, as we left your inn at approximately 7p.m. it should be paid back for sixteen hours of unused stay as a partial back payment.
