Called to estimate and possibly repair a Maytag washer on August 9th. Danny said he would call first and be here between 4 and 6pm in the afternoon. He never showed up and did not call until 6:45 in the evening and said he got delayed where there was no cell phone service. Likely story. He tried analyzing the problem over the phone with my wife. Then he was rude to her when she told him that we would just replace the machine telling her to remember KISS (Keep it simple stupid) meaning don't buy one with a lot of expensive electronics on it.
