Total Con

Please DO NOT get conned by these terrible fraudsters, it really is awful how they can trick all of us and I have now learned my lesson (after getting sucked in by them) that nothing is free and if the offer seems' to good to be true' it really is. I am a Beauty Therapist with my own website, they targetted my website directly and seeing as I am in the business I thought it would be a good idea to try out this "free" sample ( all they ask is that I try it out and give them my feedback ~ mmm) and of course I fell for it, there was no terms and conditions attached to the order form so you can't see any problems, until you recieve an email back from them with the terms and conditions attached, by then it is far too late they have your details, I noticed that the product came from London which is why it was delivered so quickly, I phoned their London telephone number which was never answered ( I have visions of this being a lonely telephone on the floor of an empty warehouse just ringing away ) I also sent them 4 emails which weren't replied to, anyway I spoke to my bank who informed me that so many other people had been conned and that I had to cancel my order immediately on their website and cancel all future promotional emails from them, which I have now done, I also cancelled my bank card. I then recieved an email from 'Stephen, Customer Support Specialist' offering me to keep the kit for a discounted price!! mmm but that I could cancel and send it back to Israel, if I send them an email with a copy of the postal receipt they would cancel my order before funds could be taken, this I did and after sending 'Stephen' an email back with the receipt attached of course postmaster returned the email saying not known ~ surprise surprise. This is how you cancel your auto refill, in case you don't know ~ go onto their website and log in using the password they gave you by email, into 'My Account' which is at the top next to 'Log In', you will find a subject bar saying 'Delivery Preferences' 'Billing Profile' 'Manage AutoRefill' go into 'Manage AutoRefill' you will see various options for prices to pay for different deliveries and at the end there should be the option 'Do not send AutoRefill' and next to it 'Not Recommended' mmmm, anyway do tick this option and the refill will stop, next go into 'Subscriptions' and tick the option 'No Thanks' to email preferences, (Please also remember to save your changes) I hope this helps you all, sending you lots of luck :)
