Avoid dealing with this ppl

Dealfind is now in Canada... Beware!

Dealfind are total Scam Artists... Knowing fully well that one of their clients went Out-of-Business, the day before the Deal was valid for use... they then takes forever, if ever to get a refund... and if the refund date passes the 30 days... you're S.O.L.

They are scam artists and obviously do not screen their "merchants"

DO NOT USE DEALFIND!!! PLEASE HEED THE WARNING. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND SELL VOUCHERS WITH CONNECTIONS TO SCAM ARTISTS! Natalie, Samantha, Avital, on and on and on. i have made so many phone calls to these people, that they should pay me for my time. I insisted on a refund because I received a piece of junk. They were going to give me dealfind dollars. Why in the name of God would I want Dealfind dollars to do more business with scam artists. I am still involved in this craziness. i finally went to our local media outlet and they revealed them for what they are...scam artists!

I signed up only to learn that it was impossible to reach the window cleaning company

While I agree that BBB is not to be trusted (they conveniently "lost" my complaint of a computer repair and retail store in Victoria which they had given their "torch ethics award" to) the "F" rating for Dealfind is just about correct. Dealfind seem only interested in protecting the merchants they enlist to their services, NOT the purchasers of the services or products. They often mislead in their ads by omission, they do not answer questions that reveal these misleading ads, even ads selling dangerous items are allowed (even after they are informed of the issues) and the discounts they show are sometimes completely bogus, by using inflated and unrealistic original prices, or improper math to come up with their numbers. Just today they offered a "canvas print" with a discount of 79% (regular $155, for $32) It is only when you read the fine print on other webpages that you determine the "real" regular price is only $105 (a discount of 69%). The other $50 is a coupon toward a second purchase. When you go to the website of the merchant, you find the only product for $105 regular price is a 16x16" canvas print, an odd size for most photos, and all others sizes and dimensions cost more.

My experience is that most of Dealfind's "deals" are either misrepresented, falsely described, show inflated and unrealistic original prices, or have other loopholes. On the other hand, my experience with Groupon has been totally positive. I even had to cancel one deal with them, and they immediately refunded the money, no questions asked. All other deals with Groupon have been good value and went smoothly.
