Pushy salespeople

Lies about benefits: we wee told that by removing our attic fan and using their roofline venting system our attic would be cooler. Well, they forgot to install the vents and when we reminded them, they came back and did a slapdash job on top of the new roof, resulting in a much hotter attic than before.


Sloppy work: gutter contractors left nails Andy tools all over our yard. I ended up needing a tetanus shot after one of their errant nails went through my shoe into my foot.

Lousy materials: 5 years after installation, we are already losing tiles from our roof with the multi decade guarantee. These people,are crooks.
