Delay in distributing question paper

I appeared for science exam of class 10 in DPS ,gaya. Question paper was given at 10:35 a.m.. Also 15 minutes was not given to read the question paper. When I complained the invigilator against it, she scolded me and said no more time will be given. And finally answer sheets were submitted at 1:35 p.m.
Please help students against such irresponsible management and teachers.
