Beware! Dell computer problems are handled by supposed "technical" people way over in India who will not fully understand the nature of your issue therefore can NOT resolve your concerns. They read from books, remote into your computer, start resetting your homepage, deleting search engines, sometimes important files, sometimes printers, and things you never asked them to do, all before you know it. I have had the same problem for 5 months and they can NOT fix it. They refuse to connect you with the US, that all consumers should know ahead of time. It's a circular firing squad of incompency! While they relented to replace parts, they lost sensitive files and pictures in the process, with their "experts" then cost me add't money for document retrieval.

Dell Solutions? Or Dell Problems! In 102 days my 1 yr warranty is up and they have spent 5 months keeping me on the phone from 2-5 hrs making the problems worse! I can' type or receive email. "I'm sorry" doesn't cut it.

I asked for a new computer. I puchased Dell for its reliability and reputation - which obviously has changed. They say "no" and I believe they can. Don't you fall victim to a low quality product where support is substandard. Make sure where you are getting service from!!!
