incomplete order

In early to mid-December, I purchased a Magic Tracks set, a second bonus set and an accessories set; order number 24111051. At the end of January, I finally received the 2 sets of Magic Tracks. I did not receive the accessories. Please provide an explanation and the set of accessories.
