- Sears Parts Direct can not charge a sales tax on Shipping charges only on the product. Never in any State in USA!!!!!! They refused to remove it.
- After repeated attempts to cancel an order they cancel the wrong order. Received the refund for the wrong order. Fourth call to Sears Parts Direct I finally cancelled all my orders (2). They could not get it. Poor quality employees. Order # E672249 and C621192. Still waiting for one more refund... Never again.
