I'm very unhappy and furious about how Department of Labor Emalahleni employees mistreat old people who go there to claim their UIF. My father is now a pensioner and he started from January 2018 to go to the Department to claim his UIF,they always send him back and tell him to come after two weeks,till today they still haven't helped him. My father can't support himself and mother now,and these people are playing with him every second week. He has to take a taxi every time he goes there, borrow money from people.

I'm sick and tired of seeing such things. I hope I'll get assistance after this complain.
