Hello, I am appalled at the level of service (or the lack thereof) received from your office! My case was closed based on wrong information, you all made me re-file last month, I uploaded the app and pay stub and you all are still requesting proof of income(even after a phone interview). But what is most upsetting, is that every attempt to speak with someone in the office, yields zero results. The automatic recording says “our agents are busy, call back later”. And just this past Friday, I was on hold for 2 HOURS and your system hung up on me! I knew it would happen so I have proof. I took screenshots because I could not believe what was happening. No one deserves this type of treatment, if receiving assistance or not! I am prepared to send this email to whomever and whenever I need to in order to be treated like a human being! I am entitled to notice of case closure and an opportunity to be heard as a receipiant of federal assistance! I am going to reach out and go up the ladder as far as I need to because this has to stop. I am not the first to be treated this way and it’s sad!!

The state over paid alot of people without telling then and now alot of people have to wait until November if anybody has had this issue let me know thanks
