Uif unemployment claim: since O7 of June

Hi there I submitted my application for my claim in 07 of June was then told need to complete my trial period in order for to file Uif, on the 4th I then went back to submit again Nolan Shepard took my documents which he advised me that I nerd to check after 6 to 8 weeks it's been over 5 months already going back and forth asking for information and clarity was then told check on the 18th of November which he told me my application status shoes in progress the money should reflect on my account this past Friday, when I called the consultant he asked me I should come and complete the ui6 for payment and the system shows incomplete this is so frustrating being a different story all the time and the service is disgusting after lunch which from 12:00 16:00 thers literally one or two people assisting the rest of the staff is gone home or not working. This is so unfair for those who wake up early to get help from the Department and still get told over and over again come back because we closing at 15:00 and they don't do their jobs most of the time as for Nolan his the a liar and lazy when it comes to helping and being true to his job.

can someone please fix department of labour,there service is crap and dont talk about there customer service....i had a claim done in the 24 October nd its the 19 December 2016.i did my own follow ups and I spoke to Danny And Byran.No one gets back to you.

uif maternity benefits

good day

I have no clue what the hell people at the dpt of labour are doing.its enough you have too sit in long lines and standing there from dawn.I applied for maternity benefits/uif.i submitted my papers on the 24 October 2016,got a sms saying my claim is bding process.Up till today 19 December 2016,nothing was done.The case was gaven to a superviser twice,still nothing was done.They sit there and they cant even tell you whats the hold up or problem.They took my details telling me that they going to check up and call me back.NO ONE PHONES BACK.......SHIT SERVICE HONESTLY....

Salary dispute

My case started in January 2014 where the Concord Recruitment Company refused to pay my December salary after I was retrenched. It took more than a year to get my case into court after Inspector Naidoo at the Department of Labour in Cape Town had found that the recruitment company had to pay me the money due. The recruitment company still refused to pay it and a writ was sent after I had won the case in August 2016 and it is now two months after the fact and I am still waiting for the money to be paid to me. I contacted Marina Vermeulen at the Labour Department who is handling my case and she told me that all cases has been referred to the Pretoria Department who will be coming to Cape Town to handle the cases and she cannot tell me when this case will be resolved. I said this is unacceptable and that I would like to speak to her supervisor. She connected me to the supervisor and at that time my cellphone disconnected the call as my battery had gonne flat whilst waiting for the supervisor Lulu Mtati to answer the call. Instead of calling me back on my cellphone I had to send Marina Vermeulen an email requesting the supervisor Lulu Mtati to call me back on a landline number. She forwarded my request through via email to Lulu Mtati on 05/12/2016 but I've had no call back from anyone. I requested a landline number for Lulu Mtati but I get no answer on that number as I've called numerous times. I have emailed Marina Vermeulen advising her that I have had no call from Lulu Mtati and also telling her that I have tried to call. This is now two days later but has had no response.

I would like to know what my next step is?
