My name is Malehlohonolo mofokeng, I applied for uif on the 12 June 2015 , I have been going to the offices after every 7days as I was told I would receive an sms regarding the funds, every seven days I am told the same story by different consulant, my last trip to the offices was the 14 Sep 2015 was adviced my claim was long approved and was made to sign a form to release the funds and was told I will receive my full money as I had to wait or 3months after 7 to 10days , but after 7days I received an sms saying Uif request for payment form outstanding, I need help with getting the funds ASAP, I am a single unemployed mom whoa been borrowing transport money to go to these useless offices, my case number is 10002758838, contact number is 0833305567 email address [email protected]
