I applied for my uif in October 2017_I was told to come back on 23rd of November 2017 to sign,as I was there on that date they told they were offline...I then came back to their offices on December 2017 where they told me that I am going to receive my money after 7 days,if I haven't received my money I must come back on or after the 14th of December 2017,that day I couldn't make it to their offices due to the lack of my finance so I went there on 22 of January 2018 and they never told me where was the problem the consultant said I have to wait again for 14 days to pass and I will receive my money,(which didn't happen )She said should my money does not appear after that 14 days I must come back to their offices on the 22 of February to check again.
