difficulty claiming my uif

Number of people to be helped and return dates
Jubilee mall department of labour employees says that they only help 60 people a day, they gave us dates to come back and today they say they do not use those dates anymore, why give us return dates if they are not going to need them? This is so unprofessional, we are unemployed yet we are expected to go back and forth, with what money? The service here is very poor I must say. We are not even allowed to speak to the manager which I don’t understand. We are standing outside cause we are not allowed to get inside. There are no chairs for us to sit while we wait. This is torture.

Incompetent front desk
The Temba Hammanskraal center uses securities and the cleaning lady as their front desk,which then confuses queue maintanace.Furthermore what is the use of ticket issuing machines just taking space and not being utilised?Wasteful expenditure.
The security lady did not read the form instructions carefully.
Ignored to show me where I should go even after I asked her,
Let the cleaning lady go back to clean dustbins and other stuff.
Get competent people who knows front desk duties and let securities do their work.Ive seen this at the pretoria Skinner center and the flow of queue is well taken care of even though one man is operating it.
I will escalate this matter further if those securities run the front desk again.

Forever offline
I have been at this centre 4 times, and 3 out of the 4 times they have been offline. In all 4 times I have come at different times and still offline. No one bothers to update the clients what the progress is, we are meant to just sit and wait. Pathetic service....

maternity UIF
Hi I applied for the UIF on the 27th of March 2015 and they told me that all my papers were okay and told me to come back on the 5th of May to sign, when I went there they told me that 1 paper was not scanned so I should come back the following week, I went back the following week and they said that I need 2 submit UI19 from my previous employer, I did so and gave them that UI19 but now they tell me that the UI19 from my current employer is missing whereas I gave them that form the very first time I went there. Why is the goverment taking UIF money from us if we are going to struggle this much to get it, its my money I shouldn't have to go through this to get it. It is clear that people are not doing their job but yet they get fat salaries. I now owe a bank lots of money because I wasn't able to pay as I thought I would have received that money by now. Please do something about this and employ people like me who will do their work. I know what its like. My numbers are 0766944784.
