I applied for my maternity benefit first week of January and to this day I am yet to recieve a single cent from the UIF. This is really ridiculous now. I have been running up and down like a headless chicken trying to get my appplication approved. Only to be told after 5 months that the UI19 form is missing again for the third time. And nobody bothered to call me and tell me, instead I had to find out when I was doing a follow up. I again submitted the form and was told that my application would be sent for approval. After 2 weeks I called again because I had not recieved any msgs or calls from them regarding my approval only to be told my application had not been captured.This is now the 7th month and I am yet to hear any feedback.
