Martenity leave

I have applied for martenity leave since 22 June 2023 till today I havent been paid. I have been to to the department of labour at Mogwase several times but no help. Last night I just received an sms that my application was rejected

MATERNITY BENEFIT - PATHETIC SERVICE

I have applied for maternity benefit in December 2021. ALL document were submitted. I received a email confirming receipt.

It is now almost end of June 2022 and I've been calling, sent numerous emails to numerous email addresses (Even to Deon van Niekerk - Senior Admin Officer ([email protected]) and Andries Roos ([email protected])), but no one helps me.
