Maternity claims not received

Extremely disappointed with the service i received from the department of Labour. I submitted my Maternity UIF claim application on 3 May 2022 . The application was rejected because i submitted my application 2 days before commencing maternity leave starting 5 May 2022. A new application was created thereafter and approved was done on 31 Aug 2022, i received my first payment on 6 Sep 2022. All documentations were submitted. I submitted a continuation of benefit 28 days later as instructed which was submitted on 5 Oct 2022 for my second payment claim. I have not yet received my second payment. Every day i contact the call centre and they are just useless because all they can do is keep escalating to head office but no outcome. I dont have money to feed my new born. Today, 2 Feb i called in and my case was escalated and the records on the system captured by head office is incorrect. Someone at head office noted a continuation was submitted on 5 Jan 2023 which is incorrect as there isn't a submission of such on the system. My last update received was that my claim left paymaster on 21 Nov and i will expect payment in 10 days. Still nothing! Where is my money? what is going on? Is Cyril Ramaphosa using our money for SASSA grant? Why am i delayed in receiving my 2nd payment? My application was submitted in the same time as a colleague of mine and yet she received both payments in the year 2022. Its a new year 2023 and I am fighting daily for my money that is deducted from my salary monthly!

UIF Payout for December

Good Day , All

May you please assist . I am making the follow up on my UIF Payout which I had applied it in December 2019 in Labour - Braamfomfontein ( Johanneburg ) .

After all the documents submitted in December 2019 from my previous employers which is Edcon Company and Miniso Lifestyle Company to Labour Department in Braamfontein .

I was given another date to go to Labour and submit another completed form which was the 15 January 2020 . Before I had to submit another UIF Completed form I am / was supposed to be paid for December . But when I went there at Labour - Braamfontein , They had to give me another documents the previous employer to complete . I told them that all the documents requested from the previous employer I had submitted in December 2019 on my first date when I went to apply for the UIF . The Labour in Braamfontein , they took all the documents that I had from my 2 previous employer which is Edcon and Miniso Lifestyle and the even confirmed that all the required documents from my previous employers were submitted .

Now I am told to start from scratch look for the Company which is Miniso Lifestyle which is no more in South Africa to complete again the documents that were submitted to Labour - Braamfontein in December 2019 .

All the original documents that the company gave me including the Termination Letter was handed to Labour in Braamfontein , Now they are asking for me to go all look for Miniso Lifestyle Company which is no longer in South Africa because they had closed down all the stores in South Africa and they left South African

Please assist because if the Labour had paid me the UIF ...I will be able to start attending the Interviews for the job . I am unable to apply and to attend interviews because I do not have money .

Registered for UIF in Feb 2017: Nothing since September

I registered for UIF benefits in February 2017. I was retrenched from my previous employment in November 2016.
It is September 2017 and I have still not received any payout or benefits from the Department of Labour.
I am currently still unemployed due to health issues and I'm growing tired of phoning and hearing the issue is being escalated.
This is really poor service. Please do something about it.

Unpaid UIF Claims

I was Retrenched at the end of April 2015 and I applied for UIF Benefits on 2015-05-28.

I have been completing continuation every month since then.

I have been struggling ever since, not having received any UIF Payment up until now.

Twice I have submitted my Bank Details via the attached UI-2.8 Form to UIF Offices in Benoni.

I seems that they have in-putted my Bank Details incorrectly for the 2nd time.

Instead of Nedbank Account, they have indicated Old Mutual Bank.

3 x Payments were initiated on 2015/09/07 and 2015/09/08 respectively, but to the wrong bank account i.e Old Mutual Bank.

I find this very strange, as the payments for my Domestic Worker was paid from my correct Nedbank Account.

I again visited the Benoni UIF Branch on 2015/09/09, and completed the change of banking details UI-2.8 together with UI 49 - Application for re-issue for payment form, which I was told would be couriered to Germiston.

"Update Bank Details – Complete", is currently displayed on U-Filing on 2015/09/22, but still the incorrect Bank Account, Old Mutual Bank is displayed.

Please can someone assist and advise.
