Uif not paying

Hi I went through an agency to do my claims had no issue with 1st 2 payments. Come January 2019 apparently processes have changed and everything must be ufiled.
Nevertheless the agency did that still no money I logged in to my profile it ses cancelled by paymaster but no reason no calls how can this be possible and allowed????
The call Centre a joke I call and call and call and when someone finally Answers they can't help.
I'm at wits end I'm sitting with twins and somehow no one can give me answers it's truly unacceptable. Carte Blanche is the next step someone needs to go look what's happening

My claim was rejected with no reason given.
I have submitted all documentation as requested over and over again ,and still no reply .
I would appreciate it if someone could please let me know what the reason for rejection is, and how to resolve it.

2 months payment for maternity 2 months late and now cancelled??? - no answer for 2 weeks or assistance from call centre

I went on Maternity Leave on the 1 March, went into Randburg and submitted my forms was sent back 4 times, please bare in mind this is my third child so I know the process but non the less there was always something I had to change or do. 2 months later i got my 1st payment - 2 MONTHS LATE!!!!!!!! my son is now 7 months old and OBVIOUSLY i am back at work, i logged into UFiling only 2 see the paymaster has cancelled my 3rd and 4th Payment. Now i understand if i chose to go back earlier i wouldn't be entitled for my 4 months UIF payment but its NOT my fault that the payment was made 2 months late. I pay every month for UIF and this is MY money that i am entitled to. i will not let ANYONE steal that away from me. i am in debt because of this and want my last two payments.

i have been trying to call the call center stay on the phone for 45 min with no one answering called again last week same thing. Completed a notice of appeal and says USER CANCELLED ???????? if I'm the user why would i cancel this and how was this done?? i want an answer who can help?

Still no payment of UIF maternity benefit

I went on maternity leave in July and had my little one in August. I submitted all the required forms and after calling many many times, got the first payment from UIF at the end of September. To start off, no one tells you that you need to submit a continuation for the next payment. I did this after following up on the 5th November, at which stage the status said "sent to paymaster". On the 18th November, the Ufiling status said "cancelled by paymaster" at which stage they said it was cause I had returned to work, which I had not at all! I spoke to call centre agents everyday for 2 weeks and all I ever got was "please call back, our system is off" or "it is not our fault, it is your mistake", very unprofessional as I was definitely not and never claimed to be back at work. After getting NO HELP from the call centre, I submitted the next continuation on 1 December as I realized I was wasting my time. It is now the 22nd of December and they can only tell me they will escalate to the paymaster. They cannot give me a telephone number, e-mail address, nothing to help me follow up. They do not seem to understand that we are in DIRE NEED of that money as we have little innocent babies to look after and we cannot buy them food with NO MONEY! Something drastically needs to be done to help the mommies that keep on paying and paying their UIF but when it's time to use it, they get treated like dirt!! WHO CAN ONE SPEAK TO TO GET YOUR MONEY?!?!?!?

No payment for maternity benifits- no assistance from call centre

Delayed UIF Payments! Department of Labour-ufiling

I have applied for uif benefits on 20/11/2014 via ufilling which is not user friendly at all. Whenever I had called the given numbers of the call centre to follow up on my claim, the call takes forever to get answered, half the time after waiting for over 30 minutes for a call to be answered, the call cuts as an agent finally answers and you have to call again and again wait the same duration for each call and the very same thing happens each time. Finally when I eventually did get through the agent tells me that my claim will be paid out within 4 days yet absolutely nothing has been done since. From the time I had submitted my first claim via ufilling the call centre has been sending me on a chase asking me for documentation which was not relevant and not even used infact the other agent ruled it out completely as it wasn't required. My first claim only got paid out after being two months on maternity leave.taking into consideration had I not called they do not contact you to ask you or let you know that documents are outstanding NO NO NO YOU ALWAYS NEED TO CALL THEM!!!!!!! When I called the call centre to find out the next process to receive my next payment they advised that I need to submit a continuation of benefits form online after counting 20 days from my previous payment. They pay late and I have to suffer as I can only submit after 20 days from that payment. Finally after waiting that duration. I submit my continuation of benefits form and up to now there is still nothing. I have been calling them from the 20th November and they keep on saying that it takes 4 days but still nothing- My status on ufiling stays on sent to paymaster. My request was please I would like to know who the paymaster is , but nobody at the ufilling call centre can help you. The agents are very rude and have no way of talking to the clients. When you ask for help they never are willing to assist when you ask to speak to their team leader they cut the call. MAYBE THIS IS SOMETHING FOR THE PUBLIC PROTECTOR TO INVESTIGATE.its a shame that when it comes yo paying uif this is done with no hesitation and delay.but when its time to utilise the service u are treated like scum and dirt and u have to actually beg for the money. No one takes into account that its difficult when you have to keep on calling the call centre from your cellphone and apart from waiting a lifetime your calls are for nothing.
