To whom it may concern

When I submitted my claim I was told that only 16 months of payslips could be picked up and when I need to get a work schedule from my company so it can be rectified, which I did and I submitted the work schedule and that was end of February after my first payment and I could see that something didn't seem right. Than I was told to come and check after 2 weeks if credits was rectified which I did and still nothing got told to come back again after 2 weeks which I did and for the third time o decided too phone which a lady did help me but was the same story she submitted they did capture but still they haven't rectified my credits than again they won't be able to rectify as it's financial year end and they can only help.me after the 6th of March. Seriously I have been paying uif for more than 20 years and for you to take the money I had to problem but now to give it back it's aproblem
Really it's so difficult to survive than we still have to struggle to get our money back.
