UIF Claim

Hi

Its been 4 months since my baby was born 10 August 2017. I went to Dept of Labour Klerksdorp to sumit my Maternity Claim 14 August 2017. Been up and down between my word and offices as my paperwork everyday has something else thats wrong. After all my paperwork has been done and complete. They told me if I dont get any money after 35 works days i should go back. So I did went back and just to hear my claim wasnt summited by Bessie Williams from the office. On the day I went to there to check she qas off sick and was told to come back on 6 October 2017. I went to see her as she denied that she was the one helping me. After almost 40 min she found ALL my papers on the tabel underneath other paperwork. Didnt said sorry I denied that I was helping you. She told me she will make work of my paperwork and will sumit it today. Two weeks went by phoned Anthony Pretorius at the Potchefstroom Dept of Labour. Just to be told my paperwork wasnt scanned. I went back 16 October 2017 to check at the office got there Bessie told me yes somethings wrong with the scanner and this sometimes happens. I told her how can you not check you work and make sure its scanned now I have to wait because you didnt check your work. She made a copy of my ID said she will scan it. I gave her another few days weeks went back on the 27 November 2017 to check. Still wasnt scanned then asked for Bessie Williams, she isnt at work then I asked to speak to Supervisor Victor but his also not there. Then spoke to the Acting Supervisor. Jannie Pretorius which wasnt any help at all. Told me he cant take the blame for Bessie not doing her work. Then his worker came into the office while im still complaining about the poor service he just stopped me and started a convo with his worker make me listen to it for 10 min he was so rude. The next day went back to the office to go see Bessie and she said she doesnt know how to blame. Scanned all the forms told me to come back on Monday. Im so mad about this its been 4 months still no money and I have a baby to look after while on maternity leave.
