Good day. I am without work since August 2016. I applied for UIF. I submitted all necessary forms ect at Rustenburg Labour offices. Every week went I go they need another form, or another detail is outstanding. So FINALLY everything was in order so far that I received my sms which inform me everything is in order. From there they contacted me for something else. I sort that out. Again I received a sms everything is in order and in place, just wait for the first UIF payment. Finally Rustenburg offices gave me a number about 3 weeks ago for Mafikeng. I need to phone a lady there. She also confirm everything is in order. Just wait for payment. Another weeks went by......................I phoned on Friday.............sorry you will get only payment in January 2017.
The service of Rustenburg and Mafikeng is unsatisfactory. I have names and telephone numbers. But it feels like it is Xmas time, nobody cares. I have a wife and three kids.
Is there a way that somebody PLEASE can assist me in this regard. I am still looking for work. Sending CV 's out. Please can somebody assist me.
