I would like to complain about the NON payment of UIF received.

I went to register on 07/02/2020 all was in order. I then received a sms via cell phone to confirm it was approved on the 10/02/2020. They handed me a paper then with a date on for March 18/03/2020 to submit which I did on the 18/03/2020 they then said after me asking when money would be paid in to bank account, they said 7-10 days it would reflect BUT up until now NOTHING reflects ?? It is now 31/03/2020 According to my calculations 10 days was passed on the 28th ??

In the week of the 16/03/2020 there was no electricity also due to sub station problems for the whole week. So when I called in on the 23/03/2020 they told me I must be patient because there is a back log to capture since the 16/03/2020 so I left it...

On Friday the 27/03/2020 there was a voice message on there line saying OFFICES CLOSED UNTIL 06/04/2020 AND SO AM I STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY. I need to pay rent and get food as well.

I would appreciate an answer back ASAP.
