no delivery of iphone 7plus after 1 month

i would like to lodge a complaint no delivery of iphone 7 plus despite being charged 1 month ago..
the dealer even lamented that im not the only customer dealing with.. a commitment of 14 days has been given bythe dealer n not deliver has shown an in efficiency in your channel of distribution...
i again would like u to look into the matter seriously..failure wise will further brought up the matter consumer association..
the dealer is EEK COM SDN BHD..REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!
