Glad I found this platform so I can make a complaint on KFC. I ordered a meal for iftar around 5.33pm today. ETA around 6pm. And now it's already 7.32pm and still no sign of the delivery boy. Called the hotline 3,4times and no answer. No other way to track or check the order status like other restaurant or service.Had to berbuka with only kurma and kuih talam. Gosh what a bad bad baddd service from KFC and I'm truly dissapointed and devastated about this. I really am. No wonder you guys got a really bad and negative review on your service. Shame. Shame. Shame.
