Promotions and harassment
Management awarded LDP position to Doug Neyer who was on house arrest (with an ankle band on) at the time of his entry into the LDP program. They have now offered him a Supervisor Position. Why wasn't the LDP position awarded to someone more deserving, who was not in trouble with the law? And is this the type of person that is the face of DG?
There is are a lot of Supervisors who are internal hires and this has caused a large amount of sexual harassment between employees which no female will admit to because they are afraid of being made a joke out of. There have been sexual harassment issues that have been brought to management as they had been largely ignored until that person went to HR and told them they needed to fix the problem because the managers didnt do something about it when they were told.
Internal hires are close friends with hourly employees (which is kept hush-hush of course), another conflict of interest.
Concerns from hourly employees are habitually ignored by management.
The 7 minute buffer for clocking in is illegal and any unpaid time that employees on the floor is illegal.
Bethel DG needs cleaned up so bad. It has been so bad for so long but because our numbers are good, everyone ignores all the major problems.
