This company has taken money from my account without authorisation what should I do

Hi My name is Joanna I was charged try times of 0.10 £ and one time 29.50£ on 02may17 from my account. I never use this portal so I will like to get refund soonest is possible . Thanks

Disc*mydiscountcodes have taken 29.50 out my bank aswell as 2x 10p.
i dont know what its for and the bank have told me to try and sort it with them or they will be intouch with fraud.
i hope it gets put back in my account when i find out who it is.

I have noticed this month that" Disc*my discount codes" London has taken money from my account two times 10p and then two for £29.50 and I do not even know this company, it only says on bank statement Retailors. Disc*mydiscount codes London . I did not give the authorization for these. Could you tell me how to do it?
